A world-class self-defense instructor with over 20 years of experience, Garry is passionate about empowering individuals through practical, real-world techniques. He holds a black belt in  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has trained law enforcement and military personnel worldwide. Garry's teaching philosophy combines physical fitness, mental resilience, and situational awareness to help his students achieve their personal goals. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Garry's classes are designed to challenge and inspire.
